2007 pontiac grand prix took out fuses under hood while car was running, car died and it will not start. What happened how do I get it started

Why on earth would you remove fuses? Many of the computers on these cars lock up when the battery is disconnected or run dead. Removing fuses does the same thing. GM designed it that way so after simply replacing the battery you have to visit the dealer to have some computers unlocked or reprogrammed. It's one of their many ways to make money after the sale. Volkswagens are even worse.
