Water pump H3 replacement with torque specs

Had radiator replaced in may this year. Base warranty out 10 days ago. Dealer said under pressure test, water pump leaking @ weep hole. Need instructions for replacement with torque specs.

Removal Procedure
Fig. 37: View Of Water Pump Pulley & Bolts

Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill).
Remove the fan. Refer to Fan Replacement.
Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Without A/C) or Drive Belt Replacement (With A/C) .

Using the J 46406 , secure the water pump pulley and remove the water pump pulley bolts. See Special Tools.
Remove the J 46406 .

Remove the water pump pulley.

Remove the water pump bolts.
Remove the water pump.
Clean and inspect the water pump. Refer to Water Pump Cleaning and Inspection .
Discard the gasket.

The torque specs are 22 to 25 FT.
