2007 Honda Odyssey engine

I was told that one of my sparkplugs got so hot that it was broken up and some of the pieces fell into the engine. Is there another way to fix it or is it even possible. Thanks

Pull the plug out and crank engine see if it will blow out hole if not then see if it will go out exhaust valve. Can't be that big. Only other thing if it's banging and hitting head then head has to come off to get it out.

If you can't then the head has to be pulled off to see what damage has happened. It should be pretty loud though while running.
