I accidentally hooked a battery Charger up.
2007 FORD F-250
I accidentally hooked a battery charger up backwards. It was attached for about 30 seconds at 10 amps before I discovered my mistake. What damage could I have done? What should I do?

Anywhere from melting a few fuses to frying every computer in the track and there are many. All you can do is fix things as you find them.
