I recently had issues with my old guage clusters so I went to the junk yard to grab another one. When I installed it, the truck wouldn't start. I had the accessories working but not ignition. Im guessing this is a Passive auto theft system issue. What do I do to get around it?

Edit: When the old cluster is re installed, the truck is able to start up. Also I only have one key.

You'll have to take it to the dealer to get it reset due to replacing the cluster. While you are at it get another key as well. Unfortunately the cluster is one of the anti theft components. The old code has to be erased and you need a scan tool to do that. You migh ttry disconnecting the transceiver it's item 3 in teh steering colum but you have to take the ignition lock out to get it or just unplug it and see if it will start.
