Vehicle listed above is an Eddie Bauer Edition. The power lock button does work, as does the physical key. All other doors do lock.
Since the power lock switch does work, I am wondering if there is a program setting for this? If so, how do I access it? What else would cause this?

Do you have multiple fob's and do they all do the same thing?

Let's try a couple things. First is to re-synchronize the remotes. With the key off, press any button on the remote 4 times within 30 seconds.

If that does not get it operating again, let's try to program it. I attached this procedure as it is a little more involved.

Let us know what happens. Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. That did not change anything.
But, I did a bit more troubleshooting and have found that the driver door power locks don't operate when the driver door is closed. With the driver door open, the control switch and the fob's do work. Any suggestions?

Based on this info the only thing I can think that would make sense is there is an issue in the smart junction box. This would explain the different issues even though I have not seen it related to the door open or closed. It would make sense as it controls both power locks and RKE but it is odd that the door position makes a difference. I attached the info about this component. Let me know if you have questions but if it were me, I would replaced it based on this info. Thanks
