Find a shop or parts store that will scan the computer for ALL codes, not just hard codes. The brake light could be either low fluid in the master cylinder, or a sensor that's stuck.
The speedometer could be the vehicle speed sensor quit working, or a bad instrument cluster.

Your vehicle has less than 100K miles and is less than 10 years old. Isn't it still under warranty?

Have no warranty got it from a cash place only a week ago. And if it was just low fluid wouldnt it stay on? Cause it goes on and off whenever it feels like it an all of it does it at the same time the trans doesnt shift nor does the slapshift equipped work either. And it died on me at a stop sign while everything was acting crazy but when everything isnt acting crazy the motor runs flawless? What u think?

Yes and no. The fluid could slosh around and cause the sensor to read a proper level.

I would have it scanned for codes and have power and ground wires checked.

It could be a loose ground wire, or a ground wire not making proper connection all the time. Or a bad power connection to the ECM or main power relay.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that they will respond as this was many years old. So, I would suggest we try to figure this out on our own.

Let me know if your vehicle is the same as listed and if not, let's get a new post started with your vehicle specifics and then the issue you are having.
