I replaced my battery on my 2007 dodge charger rt now my abs, esp/bas, and traction control light are on. Can I turn them off without going to a dealer?

More than likely there is an issue with the ABS module but just replacing the battery would not cause this unless something happened in the process.

However, without knowing the details if anything happened during the replacement we need to just start with the basics.

That means we need to check the codes and find out if you have anything specific or if you are not able to communicate with the ABS module.

Here are two guides that will help with this:

You do not need to go to the dealer as most parts stores will pull these codes free of charge.

Please run through this and let us know what you find, and we can go from there.
