AC cold on passenger side but warm on drivers side

This uplander is cold on passenger side but warm on drivers side I took the tem contol off on drivers side and the motor is going full motion and door seems to be moving properly and can move from hot to cold with motor off and still does not get cold 50 degrees on drivers and 40 degrees on passenger

This is a blend door actuator problem on the drivers side, even though it works the monitoring is off this guide will help us fix it

My left driver side air blows hot. I have been told that its an actuator. I need to know where its location is and which one i'm looking for, because there is a few when I looked at liberay mannual.
