2007 Chevrolet Silverado code reading

It has a code reading po300 (misfire) but it doesn't say witch cyl. Can you give me a direction where to start. Thank you

Worn out spark plugs, ignition wires, coil(s), distributor cap and rotor (when applicable)

If it's a 4.8L it may be a bad cam andlifters.
