I recentl had a rack & pinion replaced. After that the transmission had a computer reset. Then needed an engine block replaced. After picking up the car it was parked for 3 days. When I moved the car there was a large puddle of a redish, oily liquid near the front passanger tire? What could this be? It seems that everytime I take the car to the shop it comes back with a different problem.

Welcome to the wonderful world of car guys jacking you over. I never take my car in to a shop unless I stand there watching(they wont let you do that so I don't take it in). Its your transmission fluid. One of the seals are bad(this happened to my 95 camry) get the seals yourself and fix it yourself with the aid of a hanes manual. Best way to know its done right.
