No air coming out of my vents a/c or heat. Just wondering if this has to do with blower motor or blower fan or if it just could be plugged? I have replaced hvac blower a/c fuse under the dash because it was warm. It did nothing when I replaced the fuse but the new fuse also gets warm. Any answers will helpful thanks in advance.

The fuse gets warm becasue the blower motor has high resistance and needs to be replaced. Here is a guide to help you get an idea of what to do for the repair.

Here is what it will be like on your car (below)

Please let us know what happens.
