Giving me the code for the sensor 1 bank 1

I have replaced both O2 sensors, mass air flow sensor, throttle body, flex pipe, and my catalytic converter and I am getting the same code. I have erased it and put 2-3 drive cycles on my car and the check engine light keeps coming on. Giving me the code for the sensor 1 bank 1. Do I have to do the idle re-learn again or drain the ecm? I don't know what else could be left to do to fix this problem.

send the code it may be a blown fuse as some have fuses underhood or a poor connection or short

Yes, it is fuse #8 in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash which runs the oxygen sensor heater, here is a guide to help and the fuse locations:
