2006 Mercedes Benz S350 air is not coming

Hello I have a mercedes s350 wich has a problem of ac is not giving air. I check the ac motor is working and the pipe is cold when I turn on the ac. The tube of ac also is becoming like frozen. With ice, and the problem is the air is not coming even when I just switch on the ventillation also is not give the air from front side. And on back side its giving well the air? What will be the problem? Thanks

Your issue is the blower motor inoperative. First, test all the fuses using a test light and then test the motor itself by supplying power and ground to it. If the motor is good, then it is going to get complicated after that and you will likely need a competent electrical shop to troubleshoot it for you.
