2006 Ford Taurus Won't turn over.

All the lights come on but engine won't turn over. Checked battery, it is fine. Tried turning engine by turning pulley with a pipe wrench, very hard to turn. Can turn engine enough and starter tries to engage, gets to a certain point it stops. Afraid engine may have seized up.

Have battery checked for condition including load test as that is only true way to test battery. If battery is good and starter clunks hard and engine does not turn over have apro diagnose it for you. Check oil to see if any is in pan.
