2006 Dodge Caravan Dodge Caravan wont start.

We first thought the van was out of gas because we were low. We put gas in and it started twice and ran for seconds and sputtered out, then when we turned the key over again nothing happened. We can hear a clicking in the fuse box area and the fuel pump hissing. The dash lights and instrument panel are not working as well as power doors wipers n gas guade not working either! I really need help with this, I am a poor single mom and I dont want to be taken advantage of but I have to get it fixed

You probably have a fuel pressure problem.
Even though the fuel pump may be turning it may not be providing sufficient gas to keep the car running.
So, the first thing to do is have the fuel pressure checked and then go from there.
