When the engine is running and turn on the head lights on on high beams and ac on the engine idle poorly and shakes. Is it a sign of a bad alternator?

Could be but replace belt and tensioner first as recommended is 60,000 it may be slipping.

Because there is probably an internal trans problem that only comes up when it's very hot have a trans guy look at it.

Just go back to the mechanic he can get a rebuilt one as he will have to install it and program the security into it anyhow.

Have a pro scan this it may be the transmission selector switch or a module problem or a short in wiring.

I think I have to take the car to another mechanic the fist one told me its the pcm. But I have doubt. Do you think I have to take it to a regular mechanic or transmission shop?

Try a regular mechanic first he can scan it but if first one said it's the pcm then the other may confirm it.

By the way today I found another code in the car p0884 the vehicule loses power to the pcm. I guess the pcm sometimes does not get power. What could causes it?

Have a pro look at this like I've said the past 3 replies this can be a blown fuse or short or connection. I have no further comments.
