06 chevy aveo LT cruise control not working

the cruise light on the cluster does not light up . checked the fuse box for a cruise control fuse can't find it.

the cruise control buttons are located on the steering wheel. The horn works. could it be a bad clockspring?

The first thing you need to do is have the car scanned for codes.Take it to a auto parts store and have it scanned for codes.If you have any codes write them down.Let me know what codes you have if you have any.That is are starting point.
