2005 Toyota Corolla engine problem

Some times the throttle get stuck in 4000rpm what could it be? I have to open the engine room and tempering in the throttle in the front of the engine?

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. Also look for a vacuum leak.
