2005 Grand Prix heat issue. Again!

Ok, I am running out of patience with my 05 Grand Prix. I have replaced the heater blower, heater relay module, and have now replaced the fuses because it blew them out. It worked for about 2 days when I changed out the fuse. Help!

Ok, I have checked to see if it's a blocked thermostat or heater core. Both hoses got hot at operating temp. So could it be my Heater control switch again? I know the relay is working because everytime I switched the level from defrost to low I could hear it working. Any suggestions?
