I need to replace the Exhaust Back Pressure.

I need to replace the Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor but the Ford Dealer says there are two possible parts. I need to know exactly which part I need between the two. Here are the part numbers; 4C3Z9J460A and 5C3Z9J460B. They both come up when I search for the replacement part I need. Thank you!

The Ford dealer is the one that can determine that from your VIN number unless there is just a question about what you are asking for. If it's 2 different versions of the same part, the dealer has the answer to that.
