2005 Cadillac CTS Fuse blowing

My CTS has a blown headlight which seems to be caused by a fuse that keeps blowing. I've inspected the wiring and I don't see any areas that are exposed they are housed and protected by the wire tubing and electric tape. I'm sure where else to look for the problem.

There is also a relay see if that has corrosion on it if so put dielectrick compound on the prongs after cleaning then have it scanned by a pro as it may be the dash integration module is messing up. Also check for a corroded ground for headlights on righ trail near right headlight.
