Fuel tank has water in side of tank, I think fuel pump is bad pump fuel out of the left side of tank on the other side of tank still has fuel init what could be the problem

You may have got the water from bad contaminated fuel, this does happen, you will have to drop the tank out and flush it, clean the lines and replace the filter, if the pump is suspect fit a new pump, add fresh fuel and injector cleaner to help clean any rubbish from the injectors and the fuel rail.
