2004 Beetle doesn't start after turning off

2004 Beetle has difficulty starting after car has been started and stopped a couple times in short period of time.

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned. Most part stores will do it for free. If there is no light, check fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within spec.
