Can I get the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts and rocker arms?

That engine uses a different method of torquing the head bolts. It uses 2 different torque patterns and 4 different torque settings. S1 is the first pass. You start by torquing from 1-10 to 38 lb ft. Now go through that pattern a second time but torque to 61 lb ft. Now follow the pattern in S2 and release the bolts back to zero. Next run is to follow the second pattern and torque them to 38 lb ft, then for the final pass you tighten them to 76 lb ft.
If by rocker arms you mean the camshaft caps, that is the third image. Start at 1 and work your way to 23. First run 2 lb ft (24-inch pounds) second run 4 lb ft (48-inch pounds) Last pass you go to 8 lb ft (96-inch pounds).
