Low heat

2004 montana, getting low heat output from cold start-after warming up, only 68,000 miles on vehicle. What's going on? No lights coming on, plenty of coolant.

Check your actuator in your heater box. There are 2. I'm sending a picture that is not of your car but will give you the idea. It controls air so it may not be opening giving you low heat.
