Why won't it start cold?

04grand am 3.4 starts cold only with ether, then starts and runs fine until cold again. Injectors not firing in start position when cold only. Did this from one day to next. Had pluged fuel filter replaced this and fuelpump. Has spark in start position. Have not checked for codes yet.

Check ect and maf sensor.

Thanks for the help. Upon further testing I found fuses #34(aux pwr/cigar) and #37(A/C BFC)blown, after replacement it started like a charm. Jack V

Cigar fuse on some gm's ties into the ecm, so if it blows again, circuit tests may be needed.
