My heater in my vehicle works fine, until i'm in the parked position or sitting still at the stoplight, then the air gets cold, then when I move again it gets hot again. What could be the problem. I have a 2004 Kia Sorento.

That's generally an indication of a partially clogged heater core.

Thank you, someone also told me something about low on anti-freeze would that do that as well. If it is the heater core being clogged what needs to be done to fix it

The labor time is over 5 hours so it's a major job. The part is probably around $100
