How to replace pinton rings and rods from a kia optima o4 2.4 dohc 4 cylinders
have the same problem?

You would need to remove the cylinder head and oil pan to do the job which involves taking the timing belts etc out.
If you need to replace the con rods, it is highly likely that the cankshaft is bad and the engine has to be removed from vehicle.
