I have a 2004 kia optima, the timing belt snapped at 89000km. After we replaced the timing belt and the crankshaft blade and sensor the car refuse to start. It doesnt send sparks to the plug and it doesnt start. They told me that me Engine computer (brain box) might be faulty. Can anyone please help

This car doesn't offer a 2.0. What engine do you have?

If this is a DOHC engine, then it's an interference engine and very likely has a bunch of bent valves now. I would do a complete compression test before going any further.

The mechanic open the top cylinder and saw it, and it was confirm by other mechanic

Unless he actually removed the head and inspected the seating of all the valves, he hasn't seen anything that could confirm that valve aren't bent. A leakdown test or complete dissassembly are the only 2 ways to know for sure.
