I discovered my odometer is wrong because it has 33 inch tires. They were on it when I purchased my 2004 Wrangler with a 4.0 liter. Ow do I adjust my speedo?

You can't adjust speedo, the problem is that speedo drive gear ratio is set for the standard wheels, you can't adjust this ratio, best you can do is mark with tape on the face of the speedo the correct readings, check this at various speeds with a car along side with a correct reading, do this on a quiet stretch of road, or get it done on a dyno.
