Check the following:

Tires

Wheels (lug nuts)

Fluid Levels

If you don't know how, have a "Mechanical" friend help you look over your steering components (under car) for something loose/ broke/ leaking

If you are unable to find or fix your issue.

DO NOT CONTINUE TO DRIVE IT IN THAT CONDITION!

MY 1ST STOP WOULD BE AN ALIGNMENT SHOP. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU IF ITS A STEERING COMPONENT ISSUE, WITH A QUICK ASSESSMENT. THEY WILL REFER YOU TO THE PROPER "FIX IT GUY" IF IT IS NOT

PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT YOU FIND!

Hello,

Well not sure if you found the problem and/or got it fixed.

I would check the Brakes and Bearings on the passenger side. From what you described sounds like a brake pad broke loose or the wheel bearings failed.
