Hi. I have a ford explorer 2004 in my garage. The problem is that while driving the car after pressing full throttle you feel like something is pulling the car back and suddenly it becomes normal. I replaced spark plugs, I cleaned the injectors, the egr valve & the problem is the same. NOTE : whenever you're driving the car with a normal throttle its ok. Only by full throttle the problem occurs
