What could be the problem with my car?

After raining all night, I start my car in the morning and my engine light came on. I check my oil (which is full) and drive for about 15 minutes and only my speedometer started fluctuating. My car completely shuts off about 20 seconds after this happens and it wont even crank, but the lights and air still come on. I replaced a fuse and it keeps blowing every few miles.

What fuse? It sounds like it got wet and something is grounding out. Does it do ok when it is nice out?

It was the number 8 fuse (fuel/starter) it kept repeatedely blowing out (twice yesterday during the rain). Its not raining today and is running fine.

It most likely is a wiring issue either at the fuel pump or at the starter area. If you cannot identify it, take it to a shop and let them look at it for you.
