It turns over but it wont start

I put a engine in this vehicle and I had to take the wire harness a loose from the ecm and now that the job is complete it turns over but it wont start.

Is it possible that the computer needs to be flashed because of me taking one of the harness a loose from the ecm when I took the old engine out?

It is not runnin but it does have one fault PO685 ASD relay open circuit

Check and test the ASD relay be advised this is not gonna be simple fix-this relay is used to power the ignition and fuel system
