My heating in my dodge caravan 2004 does not blow air when on max. Heating but go down a notch before and it starts again. I have already changed the termostast behind the glove box. Coolant is full and the radiator does not seems to be leaking. Any Ideals?

It's behind the glove box mounted on the blower motor box.

If it is doing the same thing with the new resister, then chances are it isn't the problem. Have you checked to see if there is power out of the switch when it is on high? ( I am assuming you are referring to the fan not working on high. Is that correct?)
