I am having problems with my 2004 pacifica. My ignition switch fuse blew and car would not start. Once I replaced it, the car still would not start and now just says "system immobilizer" every time I try to start the car.

The key has a transponder programmed to the ignition switch. You might have to take the car to a dealership to use a DRB III scan tool to reprogram the computer to accept the key. I attached an image to relearn the key so you can try that and let me know if it works.

Hello,

You must reset the system, first remove the negative battery cable for 10 minutes. Then reconnects the battery, without trying to start the car, lock the car with the remote. Then let it sit for 20 minutes. Unlock the car and the system should be reset.

Please let us know what happens.

Best, Ken
