What should I do

I have a 2004 srx and it wil not start it has made a few attempts to start but keeps cutting off a neighbor of mine is a mechanic and he suggested that I use a gas treatment and allow the car to thaw out it snowed in my city on monday and admittingly I didnt come out to try and warm the car until 4pm yesterday the car is sitting in a very cold spot what do u suggest

Can you keep it running using the throttle, or does it just start and stall? Check that all plumbing going into th engine is connected, also check the small vent tube that runs from the rear of the drivers side cam cover, to the air box attached to the throttle body. If all checks o.K, and it won't run with throttle assistance, you may want to check the fuel pressure at that point.
