It sounds like you could have a blockage in the exhaust tract such as a collapsed catytic converter. Smack it with a rubber mallet or your hand and if it sounds like stuff is rattling around, it needs to be replaced. You should also have the trouble codes ppulled. Any Advance atuo or Auto Zone will do this for free. Then you should check the fuel pressure. The same 2 parts stores loan out fuel pressure test kits with adapters to fitr the fuel rail test port.
I am giving you a link to a diagnositc walk through that will talk about these, as they are most probable, and others. Depending on what you read you may find that something else slounds like the culprit.
