2003 Nissan Sentra stalls

It does eventually start and run, but sounds like it is idling very rough. When it calms down and starts to sound normal, I can drive it but it feels like it is going to die. I really hope you can help. I am desperate to find a solution to this problem because I have just started a new job and I can't afford a big repair bill right now. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated!

Check and test engine coolant temperature sensor and the idle air control, throttle position and mass air flow sensors-Did you change the fuel filter?
