The car will not start at all. My friend said it was a grounding problem so we changed the grounding wires, changed battery and starter. Still won't start. Not when you turn the key. You can bypass it and the starter will engage. But the car still will not start. Where exactly is the relay box? Is the relay connected to the fuse box?

Hello,

I need you to check the starter relay in the relay block under the hood. Check to see if there is power to it when the key is turned. If there isn't, you need to have the ignition switch checked. If there is power to the relay, switch the relay with another one with the same part number to see if it works. It's located on the intelligence power distribution module under the hood. It's on the right front side behind the headlight

Here is a guide and diagram to help you do some testing

Please run some tests and get back to us so we can continue helping you.

Best, Ken
