2003 jeep wrangler sport, heater stops working when temperature out side gets cold, plus airbag light comes on, heater comes back on when light goes out

Check for loose wires. Especially the ground at the battery. Clean the battery to chassie ground and make sure there is a good connection. Also check all the wires making sure they are clean and tight.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
