I am having problem in gear shifting the gears are changing at 3500 RPM. How to reduce it?

I having problem in my gear shifting.I have honda civic prosmetic 2003 and my gear shifts at 3500 rpm. So how to solve this problem. I have also checked my auto gear oil. So what should I do?

Do you have a check engine light?

Transmission fluid level and condition good-have it further checked by a transmission specialist by performing a pressure test

I have done the computerized scanning of my car and its saying that input shaft (main shaft) malfunction and the speed sensor failure. So what does this means and should I rely on this computerized scanning?
