2003 Ford Taurus car hesitation

When I drive car hesitates sometimes like it wants to shut off. Had the spark plugs, the wires, and fuel filter changed. Whenever I gas up I often add some fuel injector cleaner or fuel system cleaner, but it still continues to hesitate once I get to driving whether it's on the interstate or city street. I don't no much about fixing cars, what could be the problem and what can I do?

That is a good question. I would start by checking simple things like checking for vacuum leaks. Also, make sure the fuel pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs. If it is weak, it could cause this issue.
