My '03 will sometime not start until I move the shifter around?

This is because of a well know problem this car has which is the shifter control rod needs to be replaced or it is out of adjustment here are the instructions in the diagrams below on how to fix it. Check out the diagrams (Below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
