Hit a big hole and now I have a noise in the rear of the car

Oil was just changed last month I was driving and hit a pothole and now my car is making a flapping noise it sounds like it coming from the back rear what could it be

Something got damaged from the pothole. It either dislodged a cover or plastic shielding or you broke something. Get to a shop to make sure it is not dangerous.

Has nothing to do with your oil change
