I recently replace the A/C compressor.

When I took it to get charge I told them what I did. The tech, ask me if that was the only thing I replaced.

So the tech. Said you need to replace a couple more things. Do you know what I need to replace?

Its a good idea to replace the expansion valve and the receiver drier was the compressor leaking or had internal problems.

You will need a filter if the compressor failed internally to catch old pieces of the compressor. If the clutch went bad or it was just leaking you won't need a filter
