EI washed my engine (will never do again). After starting the car and driving a few hundred yards the engine started to idle ruff and miss fire. Pulled over and found water in my plug boots on the front three cylinders. Cleared the water and attempted to restart. Engine runs great then within 20 seconds it starts to spit and sputter. I end up at advanced auto. Next day
I checked everything I could think of. Nothing. Put code reader.
Codes indicate random missfires and camshaft position sensor. Next day. I have camshaft sensor changed, no effect engine actually runs even worse, actually will not crank. I then changed the coil assembly, no effect. I have no clue what to attempted now. I am smelling a bad gas smell. Engine acts like its not getting fuel. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Were the rear 3 spark plugs checked for presence of water?
With time for everything to dry it may just be a coincidence that it is still misgiring. Have the fuel pressure checked. Also look at the fuel pressure regulator and make sure it is not leaking.
