2002 Honda Civic over heats

The cap from the reserved tank blew offand it stated over heating water went everywhere and smoke stated coming from my car please help?

Over pressure in the cooling system can be a typical sign of a blown head gasket, have this checked with a simple chemical test to check for Co in the cooling system, most mechanics can do this test.
