The steering wheel of my car trembles when I drive on the highway at about 65-70 mph

it has been working great since I bought it a few months ago, but yesterday as I was cleaning the snow off and moving it, I noticed a bright yellow liquid on the snow underneath it. My neighbor said it looked like anti-freeze. It hasn't leaked anymore of it since

Get the wheels balanced. When wheels go out of balance they would cause the steering wheel to wobble at certain speeds.

Monitor the coolant level. Remove the radiator cap to check when engine is cold. Ensure the recovery tank level is constant.
